In a more and more challenging global Real Estate environment, we will focus on what’s hot on the Luxembourg Real Estate tax scene. Amongst recent news, we will quickly touch on the modernization of the impôt foncier but above all, we will make a status update on the EU Unshell Directive (also knows as ATAD III). Indeed depending on the final political decisions regarding the much controversial draft directive, we may soon expect a massive impact in the way cross border Real Estate structures are currently set-up.
