Luxembourg is made up of very diverse individuals and communities. The neighbourhoods of our cities are home to many different nationalities, as well as hundreds of thousands of cross-border workers every day. The harmonious cohabitation of these populations in the same space is a challenge.

A mixed neighbourhood is part of the solution: a space for exchange and interaction between all its users. Making several thousand people live together on a daily basis requires the construction of spaces dedicated to the needs of everyone. Housing, shops, offices, leisure and educational facilities must be designed to promote conviviality and social cohesion. It is in this context that the construction of the Cloche d’Or is continuing, so that by 2035, no less than 45,000 people will be living in this district.

It is an opportunity for more than a hundred Paperjam + Delano Club members to engage in a critical and constructive conference with Andrew Philips, international architect who conceived the master plan of part of the Cloche d’Or district and Céline Coubray, Editor-in-Chief of Paperjam Architecture+Real Estate.

This conference and walking lunch will be the occasion to celebrate the publication of Paperjam Hors Series Real Estate and Architecture
